All the rooms, from single to quadruple, are soundproofed, with a domotic system and are equipped with the following amenities: free WiFi, video intercom, air conditioning, heating, kitchenette complete with crockery and utensils, with induction hob and refrigerator, table, chairs, safe, flat-screen LCD TV with digital and satellite connection, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer.

To reach M-APPHOTEL:
- From the A4 exit at Carisio in the direction of Biella and pass the village of Massazza, the roundabout with indications for Benna and continue on the SP 230 road for 400 metres, you will find us on the right.
- From the A26 continue on the Stroppiana/Santhià branch road, exit at Vercelli ovest and continue in the direction of Biella. Once you have passed the village of Massazza and passed the roundabout with indications for Benna, continue on the SP 230 road for 400 metres, you will find us on the right.
- From Biella take the SS 230 road in the direction of Milan. After passing the traffic lights in Verrone and the junction 230 continue for 500 metres, you will find us on the left.
